Can a lot of sudden new moles be caused by vitamin D deficiency?
I’m 21, and I’ve been noticing a lot of new moles popping up on my skin within the last few months. I have never had the appearance of any new moles since I was a child, and they’re suddenly popping up now.
I also started a new schedule within the last few months where I don’t see much daylight. I get up when it’s dark, and I go to bed when it’s dark.
I was just wondering whether not getting enough sun can cause a sudden appearance of lots of new moles.

something else is going on, not lack of sunlight. Vit D defiency is the latest in the medical and quacks cure alls. Usually, sunlight, causes more freckling. Just have dermatologist check them out and get them removed. some can be skin tags/viral.
